Instead of specifying a match, should be possible to specify a file that contains the variable on the LHS and the file list on the RHS.

This is to support the current sar.properties and global_sar.properties in Genesis, though they will, by trickery, be joined into one file.

Actually, this should be an include ability for including another file in directly, and import ability for sar.properties:

org.osjava.interpolate.endsWith.include=...
